The VIP Leaders Business Builders provides ongoing monitoring of your business dynamics. This customizable support program consists of any combination of leadership coaching, monthly statistical analysis, strategic team building, peer collaboration and/or integrated personal financial planning. These reinforcement systems will help you to implement and maintain new behavior in order to accomplish personal and business success.

  • VIP Business Builders Toolkit: 12  Tools for a Record-Breaking Business
    Each Tool includes guidelines for Managers, Leaders, and Record-Breakers. There are twelve Tools that include workbooks and handouts (in print and on cd). The Tools can help you strengthen any weaknesses or fill any holes that might keep you from breaking records.
  • Monthly or Bi-Monthly Leadership Coaching
    The purpose of a coaching partnership is to reveal solutions to the challenges you face in all areas of your life. Coaching addresses the needs of the entire person. My experience in business and personal development allows me to understand your day-to-day issues. With that understanding, my goal is to be your collaborator and advocate. Bound by your Vision and Purpose, together we will determine your best strategies.
  • Monthly Statistical Analysis
    Reviewing monthly statistics is of value to your strategic plan. I understand your need to measure the progress of your business. You have tools in place that will allow us to review your data. You may email or fax your data to me before our coaching appointments.
  • Strategic Planning and Team Building 
    Team building is an ongoing process. You are the best judge of the needs of your team. My goal would be to create a structure for team development that is consistent.
